That is why the Spectra Light Diffuser will seamlessly integrate with your existing flash devices. Now that's what a good flash diffuser should be.

Revolutionary ballhead design

The revolutionary ballhead of Spectra Light Diffuser is another key to its versatility. By providing the photographer a controlled 360 degrees horizontal axis movement, and 180 degrees vertical axis movement, the Spectra Light becomes a very versatile flash modifier and diffuser tool. To create this wide range of movement, the ballhead needs to be hard-wearing and precise. Not only that, the ballhead housing should maintain friction contact with the ballhead to provide the controlled movements. This is a tall order but we are proud to say that we have achieved that by partnering sound design with premium high-grade materials and high quality manufacturing process.

The 4 x 4 open frame philosophy

Open Frame Philosophy Well, that's what we call the portable Spectra Light frame design (approximately 4" x 4"). We are not trying to be profound but that's what the Spectra Light frame is all about. We've designed the frame so that you can create and slide your own "creative" panels. Although, every Spectra Light Diffuser kit comes with a set of creative panels that we believe will suit most lighting needs, the "open" frame design does not stop you from developing your own creative panels. This time, owning a flash diffuser will not restrict your shooting/lighting style. This is flash diffuser that will grow with you as you hone and develop your flash lighting skills. In fact, we're short of calling this design philosophy "organic."
